We perform a thorough analysis of the dynamic and thermodynamic stability for charged perfect fluid star by applying Wald formalism to Lagrangian formulation Einstein-Maxwell-charged system. As result, we find that neither presence additional electromagnetic field nor Lorentz force experienced makes any obstruction key steps towards previous results obtained neutral star.
